  Worst experience we've had at a restaurant. We waited over and hour before we got our food. Was told that the computers was down. But everyone else who came in after us got their food. We finally got our food and they screwed up my little sister's order. The waitress grabbed the wrong kids order (blamed it on the computers). Our fries was cold and I didn't have everything correct on my burger. We had to wait for extremely long for everything. We tried to order some cookies to go ahead of time and they came right out. My stepmom checked them and they was cold and hard the chocolate wasn't even melted. The waitress lied about them and my sister's order. She wasn't honest about anything. All she had to do was be upfront with us and fix things without lying. We didn't even bother with the Manager figure we would get the run a round. Just going to call it in and leave a review. Now we figure out that she took a tip without us knowing. About 16% which she did not deserve!
